Julie Brothers update
The past couple of years have been quite extraordinary for me. And I have you to thank for it.
From shooting David Beckham, Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez for Pepsi... to shooting the Charriol campaign with Emily Proctor of CSI... to my pro bono work in Africa for RaisingMalawi.com... I’ve been very fortunate to be able to meld my work in entertainment and fashion with philanthropic collaborations with fashion and entertainment celebrities. And I have big news coming...
It is glorious to know that what brings me creative joy can also be a means to give back to the world. When I was invited to photograph orphans in Malawi, Africa last year, I was reminded of my trip to Bosnia in the mid 90s photographing the impact of war on children. Both projects seem to balance my love for fashion and entertainment with a rich sense of giving.
